Navratri, a Hindu festival and people worship of Goddess Durga in nine nights, each night get dedicated to a form of Goddess Durga called Navdurga. There are four Navratri come in a year as per Hindu Panchang. Those Navratri names are Sharada Navaratri, Chaitra Navaratri, Magha Navaratri, Ashada Navaratri.

Sharada Navaratri 2024

is the most important Navratri among other four Navratri. Because most of the people celebrates Sharadiya Navratri worldwide. The named after “Sharada” means Autumn. This Navratri comes in Autumn season between September and October. It commences on the first day or called pratipada in hindu calendar of the bright fortnight of the lunar month of Ashvini month as per Hindu calendar. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year during this month.

Chaitra Navaratri 2024

Chaitra Navratri also called "Vasant Navratri", is the second most celebrated Navratri. Vasant which means spring. This Navratri falls in the spring season between March and April. It is celebrated during the lunar month of Chaitra according to the Hindu calendar. The festival is dedicated to Goddess Durga, whose nine forms are worshiped over nine days. Ram Navami is also celebrated on the 9th day of Navratri, which is called the birthday of Lord Ram. For this reason, some people also call it Rama Navratri.

Magha Navaratri 2024

This Navratri is observed during the lunar month of Magha as per Hindu Panchang in between January and February. It is also known as Gupt Navaratri. People say, this Navratri is special for those people who worshipped for specific purpose to fulfil their dreams or target, some people also worship through “Mantra-Tantra” to get the special siddhi. The fifth day of this festival is often independently observed as Vasant Panchami or called Saraswati Puja. This is one of the forms of Goddess Durga, she is the divine goddess of speech, song, and writing. Most of the people does not know about this Gupta Navratri because it is observed regionally or by individuals. 9 days of Navratri Devi names.

Ashada Navaratri 2024

Ashada Navaratri also known as Gupta Navaratri, is observed during the lunar month of Ashadha comes in between June and July. It is also known as Varahi Navaratri, and some people also said it is Gayatri Navratri is a nine-day festival. Varahi is a form of Goddess Lakshmi. She is also related to the Goddess of Shree Vidya called Mahalakshmi. We need them at these times, and they are willing to come and help us. Goddess Varahi is very much present because she is well known about the goddess of the earth. Ashada Navaratri, is the ideal time to get the blessings of Goddess Durga and Varahi for her blessings to destroy your sorrows, transform your fortune and material life, and respond to your prayers quickly. This Navratri is just during the start of the monsoon season. Ashada Navaratri is not celebrates by everyone it is observed regionally or by individuals.
