When Panchu Dola Celebrated?
Panchu Dola is celebrated on the fifth day after Dola Purnima. On this day, gods and goddesses are invited from the structure of an area and their magnificent Shobha Yatras are brought to the open grounds of the city or village and all the gods and goddesses on the special mandaps, those mandaps are displayed with attractive colors and lights. The large number of people are attracted to see this mela in the gathering of many gods at the mandap place.
Along with the place is very crowded with dancing, singing, plays, traditional plays and nautanki, fairs continued for 24 hours in 5 days here. The people come to spend the time here from the around rural areas and celebrate this special occasion which is come once in a year. Panchu Dola mostly celebrates in West Bengal and Odisha.
Where Panchu Dola Celebrates
This festival is an important occasion in the rural areas of Eastern India and it is also called Dasa Dola. The place where the deity is gathered turns into a place. Playing Holi with colorful and grand in the evening is one of the main thefts of this day. There are also different festivals from different countries to different countries.
